    Caroline is the founder and Managing Director of Insocius. She has 25 years of commercial, communications and change experience, developed from senior roles in consultancy and the pharmaceutical industry. Partnering with senior leaders in leading pharma, biotech and healthcare companies Caroline has gained a reputation for developing business solutions that are smart, bespoke and pragmatic. She is known for her ability to take on complex business challenges, improve organisational effectiveness and drive results.

    Carol-Anne is a global pharma board-level executive with 20+ years of commercial experience.  She is also a qualified executive coach. She has run country operational business units , led strategic marketing globally, and has extensive communication experience as the former worldwide head of communications for Novartis Pharma.  She can successfully navigate complex organisations. Carol-Anne works with senior leaders in global, regional and country commercial roles, research, clinical development, HR and communications in coaching, mentoring and strategic partner relationships.

    Mel is a pharmaceutical marketing/communications expert with more than 30 years’ experience developing public, professional and investor relations, and sales and marketing programmes. He works across many sectors and disease areas with a particular interest in market access in the USA, EU and emerging economies, alongside portfolio and category management.  Mel ran his own 24-person consultancy in New York and Brussels, and served as VP of marketing and sales at Immunomedics and market development at MacroChem.

    Edward has 25 years’ experience in international market access with significant government affairs responsibilities. Having led the international market access function at Gilead Sciences and at Quintiles Consulting, he currently provides strategic market access guidance and coordinates international projects through his network of national market access experts. Edward is a medical doctor trained in the UK with an INSEAD MBA, and has lived and worked in UK, France and Belgium.

He is also Chair of the Health Technology Assessment International patient and citizen involvement group.

Her experience includes: communication strategy development and execution; change communications, from developing strategies to implementing new systems; internal communications and employee engagement; working with leaders to develop and implement engagement plans; and managing communication function design and improvement projects.
