Challenge

Traditional way of negotiating price had led the client company to lose major tenders on price and country teams were not structured or incentivised to change.

The solution

 

Insocius developed a programme piloting new ways of customer (payer) engagement, to meet the global market access organisation’s objective of mobilising country teams to compete.

  • Assessment calculator: developed a bespoke assessment calculator to demonstrate return thresholds and a business planning template.
  • Access guide: produced an innovation access guide including an ‘idea bank’ and a step-by-step methodology to support behaviour change.
  • Business plans: supported business plan creation and roll-in first wave pilot markets to ensure programme ambassadors for second wave markets were in place.
