I set up Insocius after 20 years of consulting with senior pharma executives, as I believed there was a better way to help senior leaders to deal with the increasingly complex challenges they face.
My vision was to blend communications, change and coaching methods in client-customised ways to accelerate organisation performance, facilitate change and enhance leadership success. My goal was to create a new business model that always put each client at the centre and focused on delivering high quality thinking and ‘right, first time’ solutions matched to their needs.
I wanted to build a model that attracted and retained some of the most experienced consultants in the sector globally; that encouraged the melding together of diverse insights and skills and that inspired natural curiosity; that facilitated continuous improvement and the seeking of new ways to elevate the value we can bring.
I wanted to develop a delivery approach that was able to flex to very different client situations but always drive outstanding business results, often at speed, and in high risk, highly visible circumstances.
And I wanted to create a respectful, life-affirming work ‘environment’ that enabled our collaborators to deliver their best for clients whilst also achieving their whole life needs. One that enabled highly productive virtual-working and opportunities for shared community; that promoted open knowledge-sharing and actively supported continuous professional development.
12 years on, the value and effectiveness of the concept is proven. And today, I am committed to driving my vision further, continuing to innovate our approach, challenge the traditional, re-imagine what’s possible and go beyond to enhance our clients’ success.
