Insocius was set up in 2010 by our founder and CEO Caroline Stern who – after 20 years’ consulting with pharma executives – believed there was a better way to help senior leaders solve the increasingly complex challenges they face. This inspired Caroline to build a consultancy focused on organisational enablement, helping senior leaders and their teams to navigate organisational complexity and ensure their strategies ‘stick’. This mission still drives her forward today.
