Traditional way of negotiating price had led the client company to lose major tenders on price and country teams were not structured or incentivised to change.
The solution
Insocius developed a programme piloting new ways of customer (payer) engagement, to meet the global market access organisation’s objective of mobilising country teams to compete.
- Assessment calculator: developed a bespoke assessment calculator to demonstrate return thresholds and a business planning template.
- Access guide: produced an innovation access guide including an ‘idea bank’ and a step-by-step methodology to support behaviour change.
- Business plans: supported business plan creation and roll-in first wave pilot markets to ensure programme ambassadors for second wave markets were in place.
